The invention provides an electric heavy truck high-efficiency battery replacement mode which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a battery replacement manipulator for performing heavy truckbattery replacement and a battery pack storage rack for storing a battery replacement battery pack; wherein the battery replacement manipulator is arranged close to the battery pack storage rack; S2,driving the electric heavy truck to be subjected to battery replacement into a preset battery replacement area; wherein the battery replacement area is arranged close to the battery replacing manipulator; S3, adopting the battery replacement manipulator for taking down a battery replacement battery pack arranged in the electric heavy truck; and transferring the battery replacement battery pack synchronously into the battery pack storage rack, so that the battery replacing efficiency can be well enhanced in the actual operation process.
