An open-loop anti-swing control device for a bridge crane comprises a crane controller, a trolley electric dragging system and a large vehicle electric dragging system, wherein the trolley electric dragging system and the large vehicle electric dragging system respectively convert a trolley preset speed signal and a large vehicle preset speed signal sent by the crane controller into a trolley given speed signal and a large vehicle given speed signal with an anti-swing effect through a time delay filter and a frequency converter, and a trolley motor driving voltage and a large vehicle motor driving voltage are obtained according to the trolley given speed signal and the large vehicle given speed signal so as to drive a trolley motor and a large vehicle motor. Due to the fact that the trolley given speed signal and the large vehicle given speed signal have the anti-swing effect, load swing of the bridge crane is restrained.
