The invention provides a composite material wallboard structure of a control surface of an airplane and a forming system and method thereof and relates to the technical field of aeronautical manufacture. Quick low-cost manufacturing can be achieved, the rigidity of the wallboard can be increased based on a stress characteristic of the control surface, and meanwhile, a force transfer path is designed. The structure is a plate structure provided with a plurality of geometric groove structures. The forming method comprises the steps of placing ribs in grooves of a convex grid formwork and pavinga layer of skin thereon; and after being pre-heated, in a vacuum condition, pressing the convex grid formwork down, pressurizing and keeping the pressure and demolding the convex grid formwork after being cooled and set to obtain the wallboard structure. The technical scheme provided by the invention is suitable for a process of designing and manufacturing a wallboard of the control surface of theairplane.

    本发明提供了一种飞机舵面复合材料壁板结构及其成型系统和方法,涉及航空制造技术领域,既可以实现快速低成本制造,又可基于舵面受力特点,增加壁板刚度,同时设计传力路径;该结构为设有若干几何形凹槽结构的板状结构;成型方法包括:将筋条置于凹形格栅模板的凹槽内,并在其上铺设一层蒙皮;预热后,在真空条件下,将凸形格栅模板下压进行合模,加压保压并冷却定形后脱模,得到该壁板结构。本发明提供的技术方案适用于飞机舵面壁板设计和制造的过程中。
