The invention discloses a method of splicing a lightweight electronic square cabin made from a composite material. The method comprises the following steps of 1) skin manufacturing: selecting a prepreg to pave, bag and vacuumize on a die, and then carrying out cured forming through a hot pressure tank process to obtain inner skin and outer skin; 2) frame manufacturing: splicing a square frame by using a plurality of composite material square tubes according to set parameters, wherein the square tubes around the frame are connected by connectors, and then filling gaps among the frame by using foam plates; 3) skin compounding: covering and pasting the inner and outer skin to two sides of the frame through glue, then carrying out bagging, vacuumizing and cured forming by the hot pressure tankprocess to obtain a large plate; and 4) large plate splicing: splicing the first large plate and the second large plate and fixedly connecting the same with rivets, and splicing the square cabin by way of splicing six large plates with the first and second large plates. The method solves the problems that the square cabin is heavier in weight and water is accumulated on the top.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料轻量化电子方舱拼装方法,包括以下步骤:1)蒙皮制作:选用预浸料在模具上进行铺贴、打袋、抽真空,然后通过热压罐工艺进行固化成型,得到内蒙皮、外蒙皮;2)框架制作:根据设定参数使用若干根复材方管拼接成方形框架,框架四周的方管之间经连接件相连,再使用泡沫板填充框架之间的间隙;3)蒙皮复合:将内蒙皮、外蒙皮经胶水全面覆盖铺贴在框架的两面,然后打袋、抽真空、通过热压罐工艺进行固化成型,得到大板;4)大板拼装:将第一大板与第二大板进行拼装,并通过铆钉固定连接,将六块大板以第一大板和第二大板拼装的形式完成方舱的拼装,本发明解决了方舱重量较重以及顶部积水的问题。
