The invention discloses a super capacitor capable of being used for an airport ferry vehicle and a preparation method of an electrode of the super capacitor, and the preparation method of an electrodematerial comprises the steps: (1) modifying a foamed nickel material by adopting a graphene solution, and obtaining a reduced graphene (rG) film; (2) putting the rG film into a mixed solution of NiCl2, RuCl2 and urea, and then reacting in a reactor to obtain a NiRu hydroxylate film; (3) adding the Ni-Ru hydroxylate film into a container filled with deionized water and Na2S, and carrying out a heating reaction to obtain an rG/NRS film; and (4) inserting the rG/NRS film into a deionized water ethanol solution containing NiCl2, RuCl2 and urea, and carrying out a heating reaction in a reactor toobtain the rG/NRS/NRO electrode material with the core-shell structure. The super capacitor retains the basic advantages of a traditional super capacitor, and is high in power density, high in charging speed and capable of adapting to a low-temperature environment.
本发明公开了一种可用于机场摆渡车的超级电容及其电极的制备方法,电极材料的制备方法包括:(1)采用石墨烯溶液对泡沫镍材料进行修饰,得到还原石墨烯(rG)薄膜;(2)将rG薄膜放入NiCl2、RuCl2和尿素的混合溶液中,然后在反应器中反应得到Ni‑Ru羟化物薄膜;(3)将Ni‑Ru羟化物薄膜加入装有去离子水和Na2S的容器中加热反应,得到rG/NRS薄膜;(4)将rG/NRS薄膜插入含有NiCl2、RuCl2和尿素的去离子水乙醇溶液中,在反应器中加热反应,得到具有核壳结构的rG/NRS/NRO电极材料。本发明的超级电容保留了传统超级电容的基本优势,且功率密度高、充电速度快、能够适应低温环境。
