The invention discloses a distributed power supply planning method considering the charging load influence of an electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: modeling wind power, a photovoltaic generator set, a user load and the charging load of the electric vehicle; sampling the wind speed, the illumination intensity and the demand load; performing scene clustering and reduction onwind power, photovoltaic, user load and electric vehicle charging load; weighting the four indexes of the network loss, the reactive power loss, the line load and the voltage deviation to obtain a system comprehensive performance index as an index for evaluating the system performance; constructing a multi-objective distributed power supply planning model, constructing a fuzzy membership model for an objective function, and representing an optimization result by using overall satisfaction; and solving by using a hybrid search strategy combining an improved particle swarm algorithm and an interior point method. According to the invention, the reduction of comprehensive performance caused by the access of distributed energy and electric vehicles to the power grid is reduced, a power grid company sets network performance indexes according to preferences to determine the positions and capacities of the distributed power supply and the electric vehicles, and optimal economic benefits are achieved.

    本发明公开了计及电动汽车充电负荷影响的分布式电源规划方法,包括:对风电、光伏发电机组、用户负荷和电动汽车充电负荷建模;对风速、光照强度、需求负荷进行采样;对风电、光伏、用户负荷、电动汽车充电负荷进行场景聚类和缩减;以网损、无功损耗、线路负荷和电压偏差四个指标加权得到系统综合性能指标作为评价系统性能的指标;构建多目标分布式电源规划模型,对目标函数构建模糊隶属度模型,以总体满意度表征优化结果;用改进粒子群算法与内点法结合的混合搜索策略求解。本发明减少了分布式能源和电动汽车接入电网带来的综合性能的下降,电网公司根据偏好设置网络性能指标确定分布式电源和电动汽车的位置与容量,达到最优经济效益。
