The invention provides a balanced hanging device of an A-shaped arm. The device is used for solving the problems that the A-shaped arm needs to be turned over and adjusted for multiple times when magnetic powder inspection is carried out, so that the inspection efficiency and the manual labor amount are reduced. The balanced hanging device comprises the A-shaped arm, a three-blade chassis arrangedat the bottom of the A-shaped arm, and a hanging rod for hanging the A-shaped arm on the hanging device in a balanced manner so as to enable a magnetic powder inspection machine to smoothly carry outmagnetic powder inspection, wherein the hanging rod is arranged at the top of the gravity center of the three-blade chassis; and a hollow hanging ring for being hung with the hanging device is arranged above the hanging rod. The balanced hanging device provided by the invention has the advantages that the A-shaped arm can be efficiently and conveniently hung for magnetic powder inspection, so that not only is the time saved, but also the heavy labor in the turning-over and adjusting process is also saved, the labor production efficiency is improved and the labor intensity and the inspection cost are reduced.

    本发明提出了一种A形臂的平衡吊挂装置,用以解决把A形臂在进行磁粉探伤时需进行多次翻转和调整而降低探伤效率及人工劳动量的问题,包括A形臂、设置在A形臂底部的三叶底盘,以及用于将A形臂平衡悬挂在吊挂装置上以使磁粉探伤机顺利进行磁粉探伤检验的吊杆,吊杆设置在三叶底盘的重心顶部,吊杆的上方设置有用于与吊挂装置进行挂接的空心吊环。本发明可以高效、方便地吊装A形臂进行磁粉探伤,不仅节省了时间,还省去了翻转调整过程的繁重劳动,提高了劳动生产效率、降低了劳动强度和探伤成本。
