The invention relates to an assembly process method of automobile parts, in particular to an assembly process method of an automobile intermediate axle assembly. The assembly process method comprisesthe following steps that after an axle housing is cleaned, a through shaft assembly is separately arranged outside an assembly line, and then the axle housing is put on the assembly line; and then a main reduction assembly, a brake assembly, a cam shaft, an adjusting arm, a hub assembly, an air chamber and a half shaft are sequentially assembled, after the half shaft is assembled, intermediate axle assembly air tightness detection is directly conducted, and the intermediate axle assembly is taken out of the assembly line after being qualified. According to the assembly process method, the assembling postures are kept consistent from the moment that the axle housing is put on the assembly line to the moment that the intermediate axle assembly is taken out of the assembly line, 180-degree overturning does not need to be conducted on the line any more, and an axle assembly assembling supporting frame does not need to be adjusted many times; in addition, the assembling content and the assembling difficulty of an operator can be reduced, the through shaft assembly is separately arranged outside the assembly line, the large plane of the axle housing is used for supporting, the supportingis stable, and the assembly quality of the intermediate axle assembly can be ensured; and the device also has the characteristics of high assembly efficiency and convenience and quickness in operation, and is easy to popularize and apply.

    一种汽车中桥总成的装配工艺方法,涉及一种汽车零部件的装配工艺方法,该方法是将桥壳清洗后,先进行线外分装贯通轴总成,再将桥壳上线;然后依次装配主减总成、制动器总成、凸轮轴、调整臂、轮毂总成、气室、半轴,在装配完半轴后,直接进行中桥总成气密性检测,合格后将中桥总成下线。本发明从桥壳上线开始到中桥总成下线,其装配姿态保持一致,线上无需再进行180°翻转,也无需多次调整桥总成装配支撑架;可减小操作者装配内容及装配难度,而且线外分装贯通轴总成,利用桥壳大平面支撑,支撑平稳,可保证中桥总成的装配质量。本发明还具有装配效率高、操作方便快捷的特点,易于推广应用。
