The invention discloses a large-size light composite material cylinder with a flange and an integrated forming method thereof. The composite material cylinder is of a latticed integral structure; a latticed section is a [-shaped groove section; the flange is arranged on a cylinder body segment; and an external connection interface is provided. The composite material cylinder is integrally formed by prepreg through a laying/autoclave process. Aiming at a large-size light composite material cylinder structure with a flange, the invention adopts an integral laying and co-curing forming method, and the whole cylinder is a part, so that the number of parts is reduced, the connection reliability is improved, and the light weight of the large-size composite material cylinder is realized.

    本发明公开了一种带法兰大尺寸轻质复合材料筒及其一体化成型方法,所述的复合材料筒为网格状整体结构,网格截面为[型槽型截面,筒身段带有法兰,提供对外连接接口。所述的复合材料筒采用预浸料通过铺层/热压罐工艺一体化成型。本发明针对带法兰大尺寸轻质复合材料筒结构,采用了一种整体铺层共固化的成型方法,整个筒即为一个零件,减少了零件数量,提高了连接可靠性,实现了大尺寸复合材料筒的轻质化。
