The invention discloses a radiation refrigeration film and a preparation method and application thereof. The radiation refrigeration film comprises an antifouling layer, a radiation refrigeration layer, a reflecting layer, a first adhesive layer and a polymeric film layer which are arranged in sequence, wherein the thickness of the antifouling layer is 3 mum-200 mum, the thickness of the radiationrefrigeration layer is 30 mum-100 mum, the thickness of the reflecting layer is 10 nm-300 nm, the thickness of the first adhesive layer is 3 mum-15 mum, and the thickness of the polymeric film layeris 20 mum-100 mum. The prepared radiation refrigeration film is good in refrigeration effect, long in service life, good in ductility and flexibility, easy and convenient to operate in the construction process, not prone to layering in the use process and capable of being used for non-planar radiation refrigeration of buildings and other objects.
本发明公开了一种辐射制冷膜及其制备方法和应用。该辐射制冷膜包括依次设置的防污层、辐射制冷层、反射层、第一粘胶层和高分子膜层;防污层的厚度为3μm~200μm,辐射制冷层的厚度为30μm~100μm,反射层的厚度为10 nm~300 nm,第一粘胶层的厚度为3μm~15μm,高分子膜层的厚度为20μm~100μm。本发明制得的辐射制冷膜制冷效果好,使用寿命长,具有较好的延展性和柔韧性,施工过程操作简便,且使用过程中不易分层,可用于建筑和其他物品的非平面辐射制冷。
