The invention provides an automobile part turnover rack traction mechanism. According to the automobile part turnover rack traction mechanism, a through groove is formed in the middle of each unhooking plate, the width of the unhooking baffle is smaller than the inner diameter of the through grooves in the middles of the unhooking plates, and therefore the unhooking baffle can smoothly penetrate through the through grooves in the middles of the unhooking plates; and the pull rod is of a trapezoidal structure, and a reinforcing plate is arranged in the middle of the pull rod, so that the anti-pressure capacity of the pull rod is improved, and the pull rod is not prone to deforming in the turning process of a material frame.

    本发明提供一种汽车零部件周转料架牵引机构,包括脱钩板,轴套,拉杆和上压板;所述脱钩板上下对位设有两组,且脱钩板与连接板固定连接;所述轴套与上脱钩板固定连接,且轴套内部设有转轴;所述转轴两端与拉把手固定连接,且转轴下端设有脱钩挡板;所述拉杆前端与拉环固定连接,且拉杆后端与下压板固定连接;所述定位管与后固定板固定连接。本发明中,通过脱钩板中间设有贯穿槽,且脱钩挡板的宽度小于脱钩板中间贯穿槽的内径的设置,可以让脱钩挡板能够顺利的穿过脱钩板中间的贯穿槽,还通过拉杆为梯形结构,且拉杆中间位置设有加强板的设置,可以增加拉杆的抗压能力,在料架转弯的过程中拉杆不容易变形。
