A battery box lower shell with high mechanical performance comprises a bottom supporting plate, side beams, a front cross beam and a rear cross beam, the side beams are formed by rolling and welding high-strength steel plates, the sections of the side beams are T-shaped, each side beam is composed of an inner side beam, a middle beam and an outer side beam, and the inner side beams, the middle beams and the outer side beams are each of a cavity structure with a rectangular section. Wavy energy absorption structures are arranged on the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the outer side beams in the length direction of the outer side beams. Reinforcing beams are arranged in cavities of the middle beams. The battery box lower shell has the main advantages that 1 high-strength steel or ultrahigh-strength steel materials are selected and manufactured by rolling and welding processes, so that the structure optimization and weight reduction are facilitated while the battery box lower shell is improved; 2 the design of the reinforcing beams improves the strength of the middle beams; and 3 the energy absorption structures of the outer side beams can absorb side energy as much as possible when an automobile is collided besides the effect of connecting the automobile body, so that the damage to the modules in the battery box is reduced.

    一种高机械性能的电池盒下壳体,包括底部托板、侧边梁和前横梁、后横梁,侧边梁为高强度钢板经辊压、焊接制成,侧边梁的截形呈到T形,侧边梁由内侧梁、中部梁、外侧梁三个部分组成,内侧梁、中部梁、外侧梁均为矩形截面的空腔结构,外侧梁的上下表面沿其长向设有波浪形的吸能结构,中部梁的空腔内设有加强梁。本发明的主要优点如下:1、选用高强度钢或超高强度钢材料,以辊压、焊接的工艺制作,在提高电池盒下壳体的同时,有利于结构优化和减重;2、加强梁的设计,提升中部梁的强度;3、外侧梁的吸能结构,使其在起到连接车身作用外,可在汽车在发生碰撞时,尽可能多的吸收侧部能量,降低对电池盒内部模组的损坏。
