According to the invention, real-time and whole-course continuous trajectory tracking can be carried out on vehicles on an expressway, video images in an event occurrence time period can be accurately captured in combination with a camera, timely processing of hit-and-run vehicles is realized, and small time delay, low calculation load and small network transmission load are realized.
