The invention discloses an electric vehicle safe driving device with a human body induction function, and particularly relates to the field of electric scooters. The electric vehicle safe driving device comprises a shell mechanism, a detection mechanism is arranged inside the shell mechanism through a buffer mechanism, a control mechanism is arranged inside the shell mechanism, and a waterproof cover and an anti-skid soft cushion are fixedly arranged on the shell mechanism. According to the electric vehicle safe driving device, whether multiple persons ride an electric scooter at the same timeor not can be monitored through designed multiple pressure sensors, so that an audible and visual alarm is used for giving an alarm or prompting; a designed single-chip microcomputer can detect whether pressure exists on a pedal or not through the multiple pressure sensors, so that whether the electric scooter is in a parking state or not is judged; and meanwhile, a controller of the electric scooter is connected to detect whether the scooter is in a power-off state or not, namely whether the scooter is forgotten to be powered off after being parked or not is monitored, so that misoperation is avoided, and the safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有人体感应式电动车安全行车装置,具体涉及电动滑板车领域,其包括外壳机构,所述外壳机构的内部通过缓冲机构安装有检测机构,所述外壳机构的内部设有控制机构,所述外壳机构上固定安装有防水罩和防滑软垫,本发明通过设计的多个压力传感器可以监测电动滑板车是否为多人同乘,进而进行利用声光报警器进行报警或提示,本发明设计的单片机可以通过多个压力传感器还可以检测踏板上是否还有压力,进而判断是否为停车状态,同时接收电动滑板车的控制器来检测是否为断电状态,即监测当停车后是否忘记关电,避免容易出现误操作,提高安全性。
