The single-chip microcomputer in the single-chip microcomputer detects the pulse signal through external interruption, if the pulse signal is continuously detected, the duty ratio of PWM outputting the control signal is controlled to be a first duty ratio corresponding to the first output power, and if the pulse signal cannot be detected, the duty ratio of the PWM of the output control signal is controlled to be a second duty ratio corresponding to the second output power.
