The invention relates to the technical field of reinforcing mechanisms, in particular to a reinforcing mechanism for integral hoisting of a reforming furnace radiation section wallboard and labor protection. The reinforcing mechanism comprises a device body, the device body comprises a lifting arm, traction ropes are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the bottom end of one side of the lifting arm, and lifting hooks are fixedly mounted at the bottom ends of the traction ropes; and a stabilizing mechanism is arranged on one side of the device body and comprises a fixing plate, fixing plates areslidably installed at the two ends of one side of the device body, and through grooves are formed in the two sides of the inner part of the fixing plates. By arranging the fixing plates, the throughgrooves, second springs and clamping plates, the traction ropes penetrate through the through grooves to carry out lifting and lowering, so that the phenomenon that the traction ropes rotate to drivethe lifting hooks to rotate can be prevented, and meanwhile, by using the inertia of the second springs, the clamping plates can stably clamp the traction ropes; and therefore, the phenomenon that shaking of the lifting hooks is further prevented, the lifting hooks are reinforced, and the structural stability is improved.

    本发明涉及加固机构技术领域,具体为一种重整炉辐射段墙板与劳动保护整体吊装用加固机构,包括装置主体,所述装置主体包括吊臂,所述吊臂一侧底端的两侧皆固定安装有牵引绳,所述牵引绳的底端固定安装有吊钩,所述装置主体的一侧设置有稳定机构,所述稳定机构包括固定板,所述装置主体一侧的两端皆滑动安装有固定板,所述固定板内部的两侧皆开设有通槽。本发明通过设置有固定板、通槽、第二弹簧和夹持板,由于牵引绳穿过通槽进行升降,从而可以防止牵引绳出现旋转带动吊钩旋转的现象,同时利用第二弹簧的惯性,从而可以使夹持板对牵引绳进行夹持稳定,从而进一步防止了吊钩晃动的现象,起到了对吊钩的加固作用,增加了结构的稳定性。
