The invention discloses an intelligent electric power steering system of a commercial vehicle, and relates to the field of vehicle steering systems. The system is composed of a novel steering engine,a high-rotating-speed high-power motor and a high-voltage motor controller, wherein the motor controller and the motor are integrally designed to be in the same shell or in different shells that are connected, communication and power lines of the motor and the controller are internal connecting lines, a sensor and a connector are integrated on a steering engine shell, so that wiring harnesses areomitted, and the structure is simplified; the space and the weight are effectively reduced; a high-speed switched reluctance motor is designed and used for the motor, so that the size of the motor isreduced, and the cooling performance of the motor is improved; a third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide power device is adopted as motor controller hardware, so that switching loss is reduced,and the size and the mass of the controller are reduced; and a high-pressure high-rotating-speed motor driving system composed of the motor and the controller directly drives the steering engine, compared with hydraulic power assisting, the structure is simple, the efficiency is high, sealing pieces such as an oil seal, an oil way and an oil cylinder are omitted, the structure is simplified, andspace and weight are saved.

    本发明公开一种商用车智能电动助力转向系统,涉及汽车转向系统领域,由新型转向机、高转速大功率电动机和高电压电机控制器构成,电机控制器与电机为同壳体或不同壳体连接的一体化设计,电机和控制器的通讯及电源线为内部接线,传感器和接插件集成在转向机壳体上,省去线束,简化结构;有效地减小空间和重量;电机设计使用高速的开关磁阻电机,减小了电机体积,改善电机冷却性能,电机控制器硬件采用第三代半导体碳化硅功率器件,即降低开关损耗,又减小了控制器的体积和质量,由电机和控制器构成的高压高转速电机驱动系统直接驱动转向机,与液压助力相比结构简单、效率高,省去了油封等密封件、油路、油缸,简化了结构,节省空间和重量。
