The invention discloses a housing polishing mechanism for unmanned aerial vehicle processing and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle processing. The mechanism comprises a rack, abase, clamping devices, an adjusting device and a polishing mechanism. The base is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the rack, and the clamping devices are fixedly arranged on the top of the base. Byarranging the four clamping devices which are symmetrical in a center point of the base, as an unmanned aerial vehicle for civil use is provided with four side racks generally, the clamping devices fix the housing of the whole unmanned aerial vehicle by fixing and defining gaps among the four side racks. The housing of the unmanned aerial vehicle is fixed fully, so that the housing of the unmanned aerial vehicle is not shifted in the polishing process, and therefore, the stability of the device is improved. A fan is arranged on the top of the rack to blow fines during the polishing period, sothat the fines do not intervene polishing by the polishing mechanism, and therefore, the polishing error is reduced. An air gap of the fan is aligned with a fixed seat and can be used to dissipate head of the housing of the unmanned aerial vehicle during the polishing period, too, so that deformation of the housing of the unmanned aerial vehicle due to heat accumulation as a result of a too longpolishing time is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种无人机加工用外壳打磨机构,涉及无人机加工技术领域。包括机架、底座、夹持装置、调节装置和打磨机构,所述机架的底部固定设置有底座,底座的顶部固定设置有夹持装置。通过设置四个夹持装置以底座中心点对称,是因为民用无人机一般拥有四个侧架,所以夹持装置通过固定限位四个侧架之间的间隔来对整个无人机外壳进行固定,无人机外壳得到充分的固定,从而不会在打磨过程中移位,增加装置的稳定性,机架顶部设置的风机是为了吹散打磨期间的细屑,使得细屑不会干扰到打磨机构的打磨,减少打磨误差,并且风机的风口正对着固定座,还能在外壳打磨期间对无人机外壳进行散热,避免因为打磨时间过长,热量累计导致无人机外壳变形。
