The invention discloses an offshore floating type wind driven generator stabilizing device, and belongs to the technical field of offshore wind driven generators. According to the stabilization device, a fan tower is arranged on a platform base, the platform base is connected with a floating platform and a platform sleeve through a platform truss, the lower end of the fan tower is arranged on theplatform sleeve, and the upper end of the fan tower is rotationally connected with a cabin through a bearing. The wind shield structure, the hydraulic mechanism and the controller are arranged on thecabin, the telescopic arm acts on a wind shield, the telescopic arm drives the wind shield to swing around the wind shield connecting shaft along with shaking of a draught fan, resistance in the windward direction is generated through opening of the wind shield, and then swinging of the draught fan platform is restrained. The device solves the problem that the platform of the offshore floating type wind driven generator swings seriously due to environmental conditions, has a better platform stabilization effect, can efficiently reduce windward swinging of the platform, enables the offshore floating type wind driven generator to be safer and more reliable in the operation process, and is easy and convenient to install.
