The invention discloses a motor control method of an electric power-assisted bicycle. The motor control method comprises the steps that a controller collects a bicycle speed signal and treading signals; the controller stores data of a limited number of treading signals according to the time sequence, the average value of the data of the current limited number of treading signals serves as a reference value, according to the set treading signal value range, when the treading signals exceed the range, the treading signals serve as effective data to be stored in the controller, and meanwhile, theearliest group of data is removed; the controller calculates the stored limited number of treading signals according to a filtering rule, and the final result is used as a group of basis for controlling a motor to operate; and the controller controls the motor to output according to the bicycle speed signal and the treading signals. The running stability of the bicycle is improved by a weighted average calculating and filtering mode. The output power of the motor is changed when the treading torque is greatly changed, so that the power-assisted bicycle not only has the power-assisted advantage of a torque mode, but also has the riding comfort of a speed mode.

    本发明公开了一种电助力自行车的电机控制方法,包括控制器采集车速信号和踩踏信号;控制器按时间顺序保存有限个的踩踏信号的数据,并以当前的有限个的踩踏信号数据的平均值作为参考值,根据设定的踩踏信号值的范围,当踩踏信号超过其范围时,这组踩踏信号将作为有效数据保存在控制器中,同时剔除最早前的一组数据;控制器将对保存的有限个的踩踏信号按滤波规则进行计算,并将最后的结果作为控制电机运行的其中一组依据;控制器根据车速和踩踏信号控制电机输出。通过计算加权平均值滤波的方式提高车辆行驶的平稳性。通过在踩踏力矩变化大时改变电机输出功率,使得助力自行车既具有力矩模式的助力优势,又具有速度模式的骑行舒适性。
