The invention discloses a coupling device suitable for an ISG hybrid power system and a working method of the coupling device. According to the coupling device, through cooperative use of a first connecting base, an one-way force transmission mechanism and a second connecting base, power of an engine can be transmitted to an ISG motor for power generation, power of the ISG motor can be decoupled from the engine and participate in driving of the power system together with the driving motor, so that power performance and climbing performance of the whole vehicle are enhanced; different from a traditional ISG hybrid power system, a traditional pneumatic clutch is replaced with the one-way force transmission mechanism, so that the mechanical structure between the engine and the ISG motor is simpler, mechanisms such as an air pipeline structure and an air cylinder of the traditional pneumatic clutch are omitted, the weight is reduced, and the control strategy and the working method are simpler and more efficient.

    本发明公开了一种适用于ISG混合动力系统的耦合装置及其工作方法,通过设置的第一连接座、单向传力机构和第二连接座的配合使用,可以将发动机的动力传递至ISG电机进行发电,以及可以使得ISG电机动力与发动机解耦并和驱动电机一起参与动力系统的驱动,从而增强整车动力性能和爬坡性能,区别于传统的ISG混动系统,利用单向传力机构替代了传统的气动离合器,使得发动机和ISG电机之间的机械结构更加简洁,减少了传统的气动离合器的气管路结构、气缸等机构,减轻了重量,而且控制策略和工作方法上更加简单和高效。
