The invention discloses an old community electric vehicle charging facility monitoring system and method. Based on the electric vehicle charging facility monitoring system and method, the electric vehicle charging facility in the old community can be monitored in real time. The system mainly comprises a vehicle-mounted charger and a charging pile. The charging mode of the charging facility can beadjusted in real time according to the power load data and the power load threshold of the power network of the old community. Overload operation of a power network in an old community caused by massive access of electric vehicle charging facilities, especially vehicle-mounted chargers, is effectively prevented. The power quality and the operation efficiency of the power network are influenced. Furthermore, for an old community with a large area, the electric vehicle charging facility monitoring system is further provided with a sub-controller which is used for collecting data of charging facilities dispersedly arranged in a certain area in a centralized mode and then forwarding the data to the monitoring main station, the monitoring area is effectively enlarged, and the operation load ofthe monitoring main station is also reduced.

    本发明公开了一种老旧小区电动汽车充电设施监控系统及方法,基于电动汽车充电设施监控系统及方法可以实时的监控老旧小区内电动汽车充电设施,主要包括车载充电器和充电桩,可实时的根据老旧小区电力网络的电力负荷数据和电力负荷阈值调整充电设施的充电模式,有效的防止因电动汽车充电设施尤其是车载充电器的大量接入导致老旧小区内的电力网络超负荷运行,影响电能质量和电力网络的运行效率,进一步地,对于面积较大的老旧小区,电动汽车充电设施监控系统还设有分控制器,用于集中采集某一区域内分散设置的充电设施的数据再转发给监控主站,有效扩大了监控面积,也减小了监控主站的运行负荷。
