The super-large vertical air pipe layered reverse installation device comprises an air pipe fixing support,a winch, steel wire ropes and air pipe flanges; a plurality of air pipe hoisting units are arranged, each air pipe hoisting unit consists of six sections of air pipes, a first air pipe section, a second air pipe section, a third air pipe section, a fourth air pipe section, a fifth air pipe section and a sixth air pipe section are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the air pipe flanges of lower openings of the sixth air pipe sections are connected with the steel wire ropes through steel wire rope locking devices, the air pipe flanges of upper openings of the fourth air pipe sections areconnected with the steel wire ropes through the steel wire rope locking devices, the air pipe flanges of upper openings of the first air pipe sections are connected with the steel wire ropes throughsteel wire rope locking devices, and a balance beam with adjustable length is arranged above the first air pipe sections. According to the super-large vertical air pipe layered reverse installation device and the construction method, the limitation of the building space on air pipe installation is reduced, rivet disengaging of a ventilation pipeline flange and air pipe deformation caused by unreasonable stress of an air duct are reduced, the construction efficiency of operators is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种超大竖向风管分层逆装装置,包括风管固定支架、卷扬机、钢丝绳和风管法兰;吊装风管单元设置为若干个,且每一个吊装风管单元均由六节风管组成,从上至下依次为第一节风管、第二节风管、第三节风管、第四节风管、第五节风管和第六节风管,第六节风管下口的风管法兰与钢丝绳之间、第四节风管上口的风管法兰与钢丝绳之间、第一节风管上口的风管法兰与钢丝绳之间均通过钢丝绳锁紧装置连接,第一节风管上方设置有长度可调节平衡梁。本发明采用上述结构的一种超大竖向风管分层逆装装置及施工方法,降低风管安装受到建筑空间的限制,降低风道因不合理受力造成通风管道法兰脱铆及风管变形,提高了作业人员的施工效率,降低施工成本。
