The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic driving vehicle control method and device. The method comprises the steps of by obtaining the state information of an automatic driving vehicle in real time, judging whether the environment where the vehicle is located is a congestion environment or not; when the environment where the vehicle is located is the congestion environment, controlling the vehicle to directly run along with the vehicle or cruise on the current lane; and when the environment where the vehicle is located is a non-congestion environment, controlling the vehicle to change lanes, merge lanes, overtake lanes, keep running on the current lane and the like according to the state information of the automatic driving vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, the driving state of the automatic driving vehicle is determined according to the environment where the automatic driving vehicle is located such that the operation safety and stability of the automatic driving vehicle can be improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种自动驾驶车辆的控制方法及其装置,通过实时获取自动驾驶车辆的状态信息,判断车辆所处环境是否为拥堵环境;当车辆所处环境为拥堵环境时,控制车辆直接在当前车道跟车行驶或巡航行驶;而当车辆所处环境为非拥堵环境时,能够根据自动驾驶车辆的状态信息控制车辆换道、并道、超车以及保持当前车道行驶等。本发明实施例根据自动驾驶车辆所处的环境,确定自动驾驶车辆的行驶状态,从而能够提高自动驾驶车辆的运行安全性和稳定性。
