The invention relates to an external electro-hydraulic combined type vehicle posture adjusting unit. The external electro-hydraulic combined type vehicle posture adjusting unit is mainly composed of amain body executing mechanism, an additional oil chamber and a driving transmission mechanism. The driving transmission mechanism makes the main body executing mechanism realize vehicle posture adjustment; and oil in an additional oil chamber ensures that an inner cavity of the main body executing mechanism is filled with the oil, the inner cavity of the main body executing mechanism is closed when the vehicle posture adjustment is completed, and a force borne by the vehicle posture adjustment unit is borne by the oil in the inner cavity of the main body executing mechanism due to a fact thata feeding mode of a ball screw in the main body executing mechanism has no self-locking characteristic. Due to the fact that the adjusting units are independently arranged at upper ends of the corresponding elastic damping elements in a suspension system, the vehicle posture adjusting function is achieved by changing the lengths of the units, and the problems that a traditional vehicle posture adjusting system is complex in structure, large in occupied space in a vehicle, poor in maintainability, low in reliability and the like are solved.

    本发明涉及一种外置电液复合式车姿调节单元,它主要由主体执行机构、附加油室、驱动传动机构组成。其中驱动传动机构控制主体执行机构实现车姿调整的同时,附加油室内的油液保证主体执行机构内腔充满油液,当车姿调节完成时主体执行机构内腔封闭,且由于主体执行机构内滚珠丝杠进给方式没有自锁特性,车姿调节单元所受力均由主体执行机构内腔油液承担。由于各调节单元独立布置于悬挂系统中相应弹性减震元件上端,通过改变单元自身长度实现车姿调节功能,解决了传统车姿调节系统结构复杂、车内占用空间大、可维修性差及可靠性低等问题。
