The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and provides a battery heat dissipation assembly and an unmanned aerial vehicle ground base station. The unmanned aerial vehicle ground base station comprises a battery heat dissipation assembly, a battery assembly and a battery compartment, and the battery heat dissipation assembly is used for dissipating heat of the battery assembly in the battery compartment. The battery heat dissipation assembly comprises at least two layers of heat conduction pieces, the at least two layers of heat conduction pieces comprise a firstheat conduction piece and a second heat conduction piece. The second heat conduction piece is arranged between the battery assembly and the first heat conduction piece. The first heat conduction piece is used for conducting heat generated by the battery assembly to the bin gate to be discharged to the external environment, heat conduction and heat dissipation of the battery assembly are achieved,local hot spots of the battery assembly are eliminated, and it is guaranteed that the temperature of all parts of the battery assembly is always controlled within a proper temperature interval.
