The invention discloses a control method for an anti-freezing function of a brake clamp. The control method is characterized in that a driver issues a starting command for starting the anti-freezing function of the brake clamp through a display screen (hereinafter referred to as HMI), a central control unit (hereinafter referred to as CCU) in a TCMS enters anti-freezing condition judgment, when the anti-freezing action is carried out, in order to guarantee the icebreaking effect, the icebreaking pressure is about 3 bar, in order to meet the requirement that a motor train unit in a fixed load state stays still and does not slip on a certain ramp, only one vehicle is allowed to relieve air braking at the same time (two vehicles are allowed to relieve during reconnection), the CCU sequentially sends anti-freezing instruction to each vehicle brake control unit, and automatic quitting is carried out after 3 hours or the fact that the anti-freezing mode is abnormal is detected. According tothe method, through reasonable network control logic, intermittent action of the clamp is kept, anti-freezing control over the brake clamp is achieved, the freezing probability of the clamp can be effectively reduced, manual operation is omitted, and the manpower resources are saved.

    一种制动夹钳防冻结功能的控制方法,其特征在于:司机通过显示屏(以下简称HMI)下达启动制动夹钳防冻结的启动命令,TCMS内的中央控制单元(以下简称CCU)进入防冻结的条件判断,在防冻结动作时,为保证破冰效果,破冰压力约为3bar,并且为满足定员载荷状态的动车组在一定坡道上静止不溜逸的要求,同一时间内只允许1辆车缓解空气制动(重连时允许2辆车缓解)。CCU依次将防冻结指令发送给各车制动控制单元,持续3小时或检测到防冻结模式异常后自动退出,本发明通过合理的网络控制逻辑,保持夹钳间歇性动作,实现制动夹钳防冻结控制,可有效降低夹钳冻结的概率,省去人为操作,节省人力资源。
