The invention provides a vehicle-mounted discharge device. A high-voltage energy storage module provides direct current energy; a power conversion module converts the direct current energy into alternating current energy to supply power to a socket; a resistor module is connected with a reference power module in series, a plurality of switches are connected in series and then connected with a first part of resistors in parallel, and a plurality of electrodes of the socket are in one-to-one correspondence connection with the plurality of switches in a mechanical transmission mode; when an object is inserted into one electrode, the switch correspondingly connected with the electrode is turned on in a mechanical transmission mode, and when the object is pulled out from the electrode, the switch correspondingly connected with the electrode is turned off. A voltage sampling module samples voltages at the two ends of a second part of resistors and sends voltage sampling signals at the two ends of the second part of resistors to a controller module; and the controller module judges whether an electric appliance plug is inserted into the socket or not, if so, the power conversion module iscontrolled to supply power, and if not, the power conversion module is controlled to be powered off. Some abnormal electric shock situations in life can be avoided, and the safety is improved.

    本发明提供一种车载放电装置,其中:高压储能模块提供直流电能;功率变换模块将来直流电能转换为交流电能对插座供电;电阻模块与参考电源模块串联,多个开关之间串联后再与第一部分电阻并联,且插座的多个电极与多个开关之间通过机械传动方式一一对应连接;电极在有物体插入该电极时,通过机械传动的方式关闭对应连接的开关,当物体被拔出该电极时,断开对应连接的开关;电压采样模块采样第二部分电阻两端电压,并将第二部分电阻两端的电压采样信号发送至控制器模块;控制器模块判断是否有电器插头插入插座,若有,则控制功率变换模块进行供电,若没有,则控制功率变换模块断电。本发明可以避免生活中的一些异常触电情形,提高安全性。
