The invention discloses a crane counterweight system. The crane counterweight system comprises a rotary table which is connected to a slewing bearing of a crane, a lifting oil cylinder which is connected to the rotary table and a balancing weight which is connected to the lifting oil cylinder, a top-bottom-through stepped hole is formed in the balancing weight, the cross section of the stepped hole is a trapezoidal section, the stepped hole is divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, a step face facing the bottom end of the stepped hole is formed between the upper portion and the lower portion of the stepped hole, a foot plate is fixedly arranged on the end of a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder and can penetrate through the stepped hole, and the upper end face of the foot plate abuts against the step face in the stepped hole. According to the crane counterweight system, the balancing weight can be quickly connected with or separated from the lifting oil cylinder, so that the problems of complicated steps and low efficiency in counterweight adjustment of the crane counterweight system are solved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机配重系统,包括有连接于起重机回转支承上的转台、连接于转台上的提升油缸和连接于提升油缸上的配重块,配重块上设置有上下贯通的阶梯孔,阶梯孔的横截面为梯形截面,阶梯孔分为上部和下部,阶梯孔的上部和阶梯孔的下部之间形成朝向阶梯孔底端的台阶面,提升油缸活塞杆的端部固定有脚板,脚板能从阶梯孔穿过且脚板的上端面抵住阶梯孔内的台阶面。本发明配重块可与提升油缸快速连接或分离,解决了起重机配重系统调整配重的步骤繁琐、效率低下的问题。
