The invention relates to the technical field of crawler cranes, in particular to a boom and a crawler crane. The boom comprises a boom main body and a boom head, wherein the boom main body is of a truss structure, and the truss structure comprises a plurality of longitudinal beams and a plurality of inclined strut pieces; the plurality of longitudinal beams are arranged at intervals and define a beam structure, the plurality of inclined strut pieces are connected between every two adjacent longitudinal beams, and a triangular connecting structure is formed by the inclined strut pieces and thelongitudinal beams; one ends of the plurality of longitudinal beams are used for being connected with a vehicle body of the crawler crane, and the other ends of the plurality of longitudinal beams areconnected with the boom head; and the longitudinal beams and the inclined strut pieces are formed by any one of rectangular pipes, H-shaped steel, channel steel, I-shaped steel and angle steel. The longitudinal beams and the inclined strut pieces are made of any one of the rectangular pipes, the H-shaped steel, the channel steel, the I-shaped steel and the angle steel, and under the condition ofthe same sectional area, the bending resistance of the rectangular pipes is higher than that of round pipes; and by adopting the pipes, the operation of processing an intersecting line at the ends ofthe round pipes is avoided, and thus the complexity and manufacturing cost of a manufacturing process are reduced.

    本申请涉及履带起重机技术领域,尤其是涉及一种臂架及履带起重机。臂架包括臂架主体和臂头;臂架主体为桁架结构,桁架结构包括多个纵梁和多个斜撑件;多个纵梁间隔设置并围设形成梁结构,相邻两个纵梁之间连接有多个斜撑件,且斜撑件与纵梁形成三角形连接结构;多个纵梁的一端用于和履带起重机的车体连接,多个纵梁的另一端与臂头连接;纵梁和斜撑件由矩形管、H型钢、槽钢、工字钢、角钢中的任意一种形成。本申请通过将纵梁和斜撑件由矩形管、H型钢、槽钢、工字钢、角钢中的任意一种制造形成,同等截面面积的情况下,矩形管的抗弯性能高于圆管的抗弯性能;采用上述管材避免了对圆管端头加工相贯线的操作,降低了制造工艺的复杂度及制造成本。
