本申请实施例公开了一种自升式平台的压载刺穿后船体调平方法和装置,该方法包括:自升式平台在压载及调平船体的过程中,通过应变传感器实时检测桩腿结构应力状态的变化;基于桩腿结构应力状态的变化对自升式平台的有限元模型进行一次或多次重构,并获取重构后的有限元模型;采用重构后的有限元模型模拟船体调平过程,并获取模拟过程中的平台船体及桩腿应力最优参数;根据模拟过程中的平台船体及桩腿应力最优参数实施调平船体作业,并利用桩腿应变在线监测装置采集船体调平过程中桩腿结构应力状态的变化,以监控船体调平过程中桩腿结构应力状态的变化是否小于预设的应力阈值。该实施例方案避免或减少了调平船体过程中对平台结构的二次损伤。

    The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and device for leveling a ship body after ballast piercing of a self-elevating platform. The method comprises the steps: detecting a change of a stress state of a pile leg structure in real time through a strain sensor in a process of ballasting and leveling the ship body of the self-elevating platform; reconstructing a finite element model of theself-elevating platform for one or more times based on the change of the stress state of the pile leg structure, and obtaining the reconstructed finite element model; simulating a ship body levelingprocess by adopting the reconstructed finite element model, and obtaining optimal parameters of stresses of the platform ship body and pile legs in a simulation process; and leveling the ship body according to the optimal parameters of the stresses of the platform ship body and the pile legs in the simulation process, and collecting the change of the stress state of the pile leg structure in the ship body leveling process by utilizing a pile leg strain online monitoring device so as to monitor whether the change of the stress state of the pile leg structure in the ship body leveling process issmaller than a preset stress threshold value or not. According to the scheme of the embodiment, secondary damage to the platform structure in the ship body leveling process is avoided or reduced.
