The invention discloses a vibration and noise reduction polyimide foam heat insulation composite material for a ship cabin and a mounting method. The material comprises a primer, a damping coating, apolyimide heat insulation foam board, a flame-retardant white cloth and a putty layer which are sequentially adhered to the inner wall of a cabin. The mounting method comprises the following steps that firstly, the primer is brushed on the inner wall of a cabin; secondly, the damping coating is brushed; thirdly, the polyimide heat insulation foam board is laid; fourthly, the flame-retardant whitecloth is laid; fifthly, putty is brushed and coated. The heat conductivity coefficient of the polyimide heat insulation foam board is smaller than or equal to 0.040 W/m.K, the limit oxygen index is larger than or equal to 32%, and the flame resistance reaches the V-0 level. The material has good vibration and noise reduction effects, does not increase the weight burden of the ship and is extremelyhigh in safety.

    本发明公开了一种船舶舱用减振降噪聚酰亚胺泡沫绝热复合材料及安装方法;包括依次粘附在船舱内壁上的底漆、阻尼涂料、聚酰亚胺隔热泡沫板材、阻燃白布和腻子层。安装方法包括以下步骤:第一步、船舱内壁底漆涂刷;第二步、涂刷阻尼涂料;第三步、敷设聚酰亚胺隔热泡沫板材;第四步、敷设阻燃白布;第五步、刷涂腻子;所述聚酰亚胺隔热泡沫板材的导热系数≤0.040W/m·K、极限氧指数≥32%、耐燃性达到V‑0级。本发明既具有良好的减振降噪效果,又不会增加船舰重量负担且安全性极高。
