The invention provides a wheel assembly and whole vehicle axle assembling method. In the prior art, a wheel assembly is installed on a whole vehicle axle, due to assembly tolerance and radial runout of the wheel assembly, radial runout fluctuation of the wheel assembly of the whole vehicle is large in the running process of the whole vehicle, and finally a steering wheel of the whole vehicle shakes, wheels deviate and NVH performance is poor. In the invention, the above problems are solved. The method comprises the following steps of S1, acquiring radial runout data of the wheel assembly to beloaded in a rotating process; S2, extracting an angle corresponding to the highest point of an average radial runout amplitude curve of the wheel assembly from the acquired runout data of the wheel assembly; S3, obtaining a position of the radial runout highest point of the wheel assembly according to the angle corresponding to the highest point of the average radial runout amplitude curve of thewheel assembly; and S4, assembling the wheel assembly and a whole vehicle axle in a matched mode, and meanwhile ensuring that the highest point of radial runout of the wheel assembly is always located at the highest point of the vertical ground of the wheel assembly in an assembling process.

    本发明提供了一种车轮总成与整车车轴装配方法,解决现有技术中车轮总成安装到整车车轴上,由于装配公差及车轮总成径向跳动导致的整车在行驶过程中整车车轮总成径向跳动波动较大,最终导致的整车方向盘抖动、车轮跑偏和NVH性能较差的问题,包括以下步骤:S1、获取待装车轮总成旋转过程中的径向跳动数据;S2、对获取的车轮总成跳动数据提取车轮总成平均径向跳动幅值曲线最高点对应的角度;S3、根据提取车轮总成平均径向跳动幅值曲线最高点所对应的角度获取车轮总成径向跳动最高点的位置;S4、将车轮总成与整车车轴进行配合装配,同时保证装配过程中车轮总成径向跳动最高点位置始终处于车轮总成垂直地面最高点。
