The invention provides an aluminum alloy light truck girder and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the technical field of automobile alloy production. The aluminum alloy light truck girdercomprises a longitudinal beam, a first cross beam, a second cross beam, a tire mounting seat and a rear-end collision prevention mechanism. The aluminum alloy light truck girder is subjected to solidsolution treatment for 120 min at 450-470 DEG C, is then calcined for 30 min at 470-490 DEG C and is subjected to heat preservation for 20 min at 440-450 DEG C to be prepared. By arranging the dampingplate, up-and-down bumping caused by uneven roads in the driving process can be reduced; by arranging the rear-end collision preventing mechanism, cars can be prevented from entering the bottom of atruck after rear-end collision; by adding rare earth elements into the raw material components, crystal grains can be strengthened, and the mechanical strength of the aluminum alloy is further improved; through short-time burning casting at high temperature after solid solution, the uniformity of a crystalline phase can be improved through high-temperature burning casting, and alloy softening caused by recrystallization generated by long-time burning casting at high temperature can be avoided.

    本发明提供一种铝合金轻卡大梁及其制备方法,属于汽车用合金生产技术领域,包括纵梁、横梁一、横梁二、轮胎安装座和防追尾机构;铝合金轻卡大梁在450‑470℃固溶120min,接着在470‑490℃煅烧30min,接着再在440‑450℃保温20min进行制备;本发明通过设置减震板能够降低行驶过程中因道路不平导致的上下颠簸;本发明通过设置防追尾机构能够阻挡轿车防止轿车追尾后钻入卡车车底;本发明通过在原料组分中通过增添稀土元素,能够强化晶粒,进一步提高铝合金的机械强度;本发明通过固溶后在高温下短时间烧铸,既能够通过高温烧铸提高晶相的均匀性,又能够避免高温下长时间烧铸产生再结晶引起的合金软化。
