The invention discloses an intelligent automatic charging system and method for heavy-load electric carrying equipment. The system comprises a vehicle scheduling unit, a ground end intelligent controlunit in communication connection with the vehicle scheduling unit, and a fixed charger unit and an automatic telescopic device in communication connection with the ground intelligent control unit. The vehicle scheduling unit is in communication connection with heavy-load electric carrying equipment, and the automatic telescopic device is in communication connection with the heavy-load electric carrying equipment; the automatic telescopic device is connected with the fixed charger unit; the vehicle scheduling unit performs overall scheduling according to the use condition of the fixed chargerunit, and drives the heavy-load electric carrying equipment needing to be charged to the fixed charger unit; and the ground end intelligent control unit is used for deciding the telescopic action of the automatic telescopic device. The charging efficiency of the heavy-load electric carrying equipment is improved, the structure is simple, and the input cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种重载电动搬运设备的智能自动化充电系统及其方法,包括车辆调度单元,与所述车辆调度单元建立通讯连接的地面端智能控制单元,与所述地面智能控制单元建立通讯连接的固定充电机单元、自动化伸缩装置,所述车辆调度单元与所述重载电动搬运设备建立通讯连接,所述自动化伸缩装置与所述重载电动搬运设备建立通讯连接;所述自动化伸缩装置与所述固定充电机单元相连;所述车辆调度单元根据所述固定充电机单元的使用情况进行统筹调度,将需要充电的所述重载电动搬运设备行驶至所述固定充电机单元;所述地面端智能控制单元用于决策所述自动化伸缩装置的伸缩动作。本发明提高重载电动搬运设备的充电效率,结构简单、投入成本低的特点。
