A high-rigidity modeling steel wheel spoke structure relates to the field of wheel structures and comprises a spoke bottom main body part. The spoke bottom main body part comprises an outer ring body,a middle ring body and an inner ring body. The outer ring body, the middle ring body and the inner ring body are provided with an outer ring body plane A, a middle ring body plane A and an inner ringbody plane A, and right-angle transition is formed between every two adjacent ring body planes A; a plurality of first grooves are formed in the outer ring body plane A, and a plurality of outer ringbody bosses are formed on the outer ring body through the first grooves; a plurality of bolt holes are formed in the middle ring body plane A; a plurality of second grooves are formed in the inner ring body plane A, and a plurality of inner ring body bosses are formed on the inner ring body through the second grooves; the plurality of outer ring body bosses and the plurality of inner ring body bosses are distributed in a staggered manner; the bolt holes are not in contact with the outer ring body bosses and the inner ring body bosses; and the spoke bottom main body part is divided into threesections so that the spoke bottom main body part and a brake disc can be better attached when being locked, and a deformation influence of the spoke bottom main body part is reduced.

    一种高刚度造型钢车轮轮辐结构,涉及到车轮结构领域,包括辐底主体部,所述辐底主体部包括外环体、中环体和内环体;外环体、中环体和内环体拥有外环体平面A、中环体平面A和内环体平面A,相邻的两个环体平面A之间呈直角过渡;外环体平面A上设有多个第一凹槽,多个第一凹槽使所述外环体形成有多个外环体凸台;中环体平面A上设有多个螺栓孔;内环体平面A上设有多个第二凹槽,多个第二凹槽使内环体形成有多个内环体凸台;多个外环体凸台和多个内环体凸台错位分布;螺栓孔与所述外环体凸台、内环体凸台均不接触;通过对辐底主体部分成三段体设计,使得在锁紧辐底主体部和制动盘能够更好的贴合,降低辐底主体部的形变影响。
