The invention discloses a device for preventing an upright post from being damaged by heaving and sinking and a construction method. The device comprises the upright post, a supporting plate, hydraulic supporting assemblies, a first connecting piece, a servo workstation, a foundation pit maintenance body, a displacement deformation sensor and a bearing force sensor, wherein the supporting plate isfixed at the top end of the upright post; a plurality of groups of hydraulic supporting assemblies are mounted on the supporting plate; each hydraulic supporting assembly comprises a jack, an H-shaped steel support and limiting plates; the bottom of each jack is fixed on the supporting plate; the limiting plates are vertically arranged on the supporting plate and are arranged on two sides of eachjack; each H-shaped steel support is placed on the corresponding jack; each jack is connected with the servo workstation through the first connecting piece; the displacement deformation sensor is arranged on the upright post; and the bearing force sensor is arranged on the jacks. The device is suitable for a subway deep foundation pit supporting system in a soft soil area, and is particularly suitable for a deep foundation pit project with large width.
