The invention discloses an intelligent control system and method for an electric furnace charging crane. Main and secondary lifting height detection equipment are arranged on main and secondary lifting mechanisms. Electronic anti-swing equipment, a large vehicle gray bus and a main small vehicle gray bus are added. A cab camera is added. Material basket coordinate scanners, main hook recognizing cameras, material pit panoramic cameras and a secondary hook recognizing camera are arranged corresponding to material pits. A discharging position panoramic camera is arranged corresponding to an electric furnace. Wireless AP (Access Point) data equipment and video equipment are arranged at two ends of a crane running interval respectively. A wireless communication client and a wireless video client are arranged at two ends of a large vehicle end beam. Fireproof cotton is arranged on the main small vehicle gray bus. Detection means for carrier lifting, waste steel discharging and carrier resetting of the electric furnace charging crane are added, detection equipment on a crane body is screened, an effective protection means is adopted in an auxiliary manner, and remote video operation equipment is added, so that intelligent running of the electric furnace crane is realized. Compared with the unmanned running scheme of a conventional crane, artificial monitoring, intelligent detection and automatic running schemes are adopted.

    电炉加料起重机智能控制系统及控制方法:主、副起升机构安装主、副起升高度检测设备。增加电子防摇设备、大车和主小车格雷母线。增加司机室摄像头。有对应料坑的料篮坐标扫描仪、主挂钩识别摄像头、料坑全景摄像头和副挂钩识别摄像头。对应电炉的卸料位全景摄像头。起重机运行区间两端分别设置无线AP数据、视频设备。大车端梁两端设置无线通讯和无线视频客户端。主小车格雷母线处设防火棉。增加电炉加料起重机载具起吊、废钢卸料和载具置的检测手段,对起重机本体上的检测设备进行筛选,辅以有效防护手段,增加远程视频操作设备,从而实现电炉起重机的智能化运行,较常规起重机的无人化运行方案采用的是人工监控、智能检测和自动运行的方案。
