The invention relates to the technical field of automatic control, in particular to an elevator running control method and system and an elevator. Therefore, when the network voltage fluctuates, the elevator is controlled to reduce the speed to be lower than the rated speed of the elevator and run to a leveling area, so as to avoid the elevator from trapping people, and the safety of elevator use is improved.
