The invention relates to the technical field of marine ranching equipment, and discloses a swimming fishing device based on a marine ranching platform, which comprises an inverted circular truncated cone-shaped floating body and a circular truncated cone-shaped ballast piece, wherein the ballast piece is integrally embedded into the bottom of the floating body, and the ballast piece is tightly attached to the floating body through the tension of a connecting piece. The invention discloses a swimming fishing device based on a marine ranching platform. On one hand, due to the inverted circular truncated cone shape, the important mass of the device is uniformly distributed near the axis,the gravity center distribution of the device is hardly changed by the movement of personnel on the device,the device does not shake along with the movement of personnel, andthe stability and the safety of the device are improved; secondly, when the device fluctuates along with seawater, due to the interaction between the floating body and the loading capsule, the fluctuation is filtered and energy is dissipated, which further improves the stability of the device and the comfort of the angler; and on the other hand, when big fishes are fished, the swimming fishing device is inclined, meanwhile, the waterline of the device is lowered, and the big fishes are directly dragged into the channel from thecatching opening and slide into the loading cavity.
