The invention relates to the technical field of sewage recovery treatment, in particular to a novel marine sewage advanced treatment system prototype online experiment method which comprises the following operation steps: cleaning early-stage activated carbon, exposing the activated carbon to the sun, filling the activated carbon into a device, and cleaning the device before the activated carbon is filled; preparing 2L of sludge in the main body device, and adding the sludge into the device in batches for biofilm culturing; introducing a self-prepared nutrient solution as a water source in thedaytime, and introducing tap water at night to maintain aeration; starting small-flow water inflow from the third day, collecting an inflow and outflow water sample by the device at 3 p.m., and observing that if a yellow muddy biological membrane is attached to the activated carbon and the outflow water is stable, the device is determined to be successful in biofilm culturing; after the biofilm culturing succeeds, switching the device to an automatic operation state to operate under the optimal working condition, starting an ultraviolet disinfection device, and carrying out backwashing optimally at regular time; collecting a water sample for detection at 14 p.m. Every day, and exploring the treatment effect in the stable operation period; and after the test indexes are stable, analyzing the online water quality result of the prototype, and evaluating the performance of the prototype.

    本发明涉及污水回收处理技术领域,具体为一种新型船用污水深度处理系统样机联机实验方法,包括以下操作步骤:将前期活性炭清洗,并进行曝晒,并将装置装填活性炭,活性炭装填前进行装置清洗;取主体装置污泥2L,分次加入装置进行挂膜;白天接入自配营养液作为水源,夜间接入自来水维持曝气;从第3天开始小流量进水,装置在下午3点取进水出水水样,同时观察,活性炭上附着黄色的泥状生物膜且出水稳定,即为装置挂膜成功;挂膜成功后,装置切换至自动运行状态,以最佳工况运行,开启紫外线消毒装置,定时以最优进行反冲洗;每天下午14点间取水样待测,探究稳定运行期间处理效果;待测试指标稳定后,分析样机联机水质结果,评价样机性能。
