The invention provides a rapid tool lifting device for road and bridge construction, and relates to the technical field of cargo lifting. The rapid tool lifting device comprises a transport box and afixing device, wherein a hook is hung at the upper end of the transport box; a lifting machine is connected to the upper end of the hook; the fixing device is arranged in the transport box; the fixingdevice comprises a baffle plate; one end of the baffle is rotationally connected to the transport box; a rotating plate is rotationally connected to one side, close to the transport box, of the baffle; one end, away from the baffle, of the rotating plate is rotationally connected to the transport box; a torsional spring is fixedly connected to one side, close to the baffle, of the rotating plate;and one end, away from the rotating plate, of the torsional spring is fixedly connected to the transport box. The rapid tool lifting device solves the problems that when reinforcing steel bars are placed on a conveying plate through a traditional conveying device, the reinforcing steel bars need to be fixed, the fixing mode is tedious, the fixing effect is poor, the reinforcing steel bars can fall off from the sky due to infirm fixing, and potential safety hazards of cargo lifting of a construction site are reduced.

    本发明提供一种道路桥梁施工用工具快速提升装置,涉及货物提升技术领域,包括运输箱和固定装置,所述运输箱的上端挂有挂钩,所述挂钩的上端连接有起吊机,所述运输箱的内部设有固定装置,所述固定装置包括挡板,所述挡板的一端与运输箱转动连接,所述挡板靠近运输箱的一侧转动连接有转动板,所述转动板远离挡板的一端与运输箱转动连接,所述转动板靠近挡板的一侧固定连接有扭簧,且扭簧远离转动板的一端与运输箱固定连接。本发明,解决了传统的传送装置在将钢筋放在传送板上时需要固定钢筋,并且固定方式不仅较为繁琐而且固定效果也较差,固定的不牢固还会出现钢筋从半空坠落的情况,降低了施工场地货物提升的安全隐患的问题。
