The invention relates to the technical field of production of car accessories, in particular to a car saddle open end cover with a strengthened inner annular surface and a processing method of the carsaddle open end cover with the strengthened inner annular surface. The method comprises the following steps of conducting forging forming on a medium carbon steel blank; conducting tempering pre-treatment on the formed blank to make the hardness of the tempered blank to be 30-35 HRC; conducting machining forming on the tempered blank until the size of the car saddle open end cover is reached; andconducting laser quenching strengthening on the formed inner annular surface of the open end cover to make multiple laser quenching hardened belts distributed on the inner annular surface in a widthdirection of the end cover. According to the car saddle open end cover with the strengthened inner annular surface and the processing method of the car saddle open end cover with the strengthened inner annular surface, the surface hardness of the inner annular surface of the saddle open end cover can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that the technical requirements of the part size precision are met after the hardness of the inner annular surface is improved.

    本发明涉及汽车配件制造技术领域,尤其涉及内环面加强型汽车鞍座开口端盖及其加工方法,所述方法包括:针对中碳钢毛坯进行锻造成形;对成形后的毛坯进行调质预处理,使调质后的毛坯硬度为30‑35HRC;对调质后的毛坯进行机加工成形,至汽车鞍座开口端盖的尺寸;对成形后的开口端盖内环面进行激光淬火强化,使内环面沿端盖厚度方向分布有多条激光淬火硬化带。本发明能有效提高鞍座开口端盖内环面的表面硬度,同时还得保证内环面硬度提升后的零件尺寸精度满足技术要求。
