The invention relates to a hoisting device and a hoisting method for slenderness ratio flexible equipment. The hoisting device comprises a cross beam, first hanging rings symmetrically fixedly arranged at the two ends of the cross beam, and second hanging rings symmetrically and fixedly arranged below the cross beam. A lifting hook is arranged above the cross beam. A first rope is connected between the lifting hook and the first hanging rings. A pulley is fixedly suspended on the second hanging rings. A second rope is embedded in a wheel groove of the pulley. Rope buckles are arranged at the two ends of the second rope and are fastened and buckled on a lifting lug of equipment. According to the hoisting device and the hoisting method, multi-hoisting-point hoisting is adopted, so that equipment damage caused by too large disturbance is avoided; and a self-balancing device is adopted for multi-hoisting-point hoisting as the main method of hoisting, equipment stressing is considered during lifting and conveying and standing, and the hoisting safety and the economic practicability are ensured.
