The invention provides a battery control device and method and a vehicle, the battery control device comprises a vibration detection module, a processor module and a switch module, the vibration detection module is used for detecting a vibration signal and sending the detected vibration signal to the processor module; the processor module is used for receiving the vibration signal sent by the vibration detection module and sending a first switch instruction to the switch module according to the vibration signal; and the switch module is used for receiving the first switch instruction sent by the processor module and switching on or switching off the connection between the battery and the electric equipment according to the first switch instruction. Whether the battery is about to enter theworking state or is in the working state or not is judged by monitoring the vibration signal, so that the battery is awakened in time under the condition that the battery is about to enter the working state or is in the working state.

    本发明提出一种电池控制装置、方法及车辆,电池控制装置包括振动检测模块、处理器模块与开关模块,其中:振动检测模块,用于检测振动信号,并将检测到的振动信号发送至处理器模块;处理器模块,用于接收振动检测模块发送的振动信号,并根据振动信号发送第一开关指令至开关模块;开关模块,用于接收处理器模块发送的第一开关指令,并根据第一开关指令导通或关断电池与用电设备之间的连接。通过监测振动信号来判断是否即将进入工作状态或正在处于工作状态,使得在检测到即将进入工作状态或正在处于工作状态的情况下,及时唤醒电池。
