The invention discloses a pre-temperature-control device for a narrow space, and relates to the technical field of pre-temperature-control. The device comprises the narrow space, a power supply, a main control circuit board, a wireless communication module, a heating device, a refrigerating device and a ventilating device, wherein the power supply supplies power to the main control circuit board,and the main control circuit board is connected with the wireless communication module, the heating device, the refrigerating device and the ventilating device. The ventilating device is installed onthe side wall of the narrow space, the power supply, the main control circuit board, the wireless communication module, the heating device and the refrigerating device are correspondingly and fixedlyinstalled in the narrow space, a remote control terminal is arranged outside the narrow space, and the remote control terminal and the wireless communication module are in data connection. An implementation method comprises the steps that A, a charging base is arranged, wherein the charging base charges the power supply for storage; B, a temperature sensor is arranged, and temperature informationin the narrow space can be fed back to the remote control terminal; and C, an oxygen detector is arranged, and oxygen concentration information in the narrow space can be fed back to the remote control terminal.
