The invention discloses an accurate position alignment system and alignment method for an electric vehicle wireless charging coil, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle wireless charging. The system comprises a processor and a plurality of eddy current sensors, each eddy current sensor comprises a resonance coil module and a front-end processor, the resonance coil modules are arranged and installed at the bottom of the power receiving coil module at intervals, the output ends of the eddy current sensors are connected with the processor through change-over switches respectively, and the control ends of the change-over switches are connected with the processor; when the power receiving coil module and the charging coil module are in an aligned state, the resonance coil module is overlapped with the upper and lower positions of the metal ring of the charging coil. According to the invention, before wireless charging, the alignment condition of the power receiving coil module and the charging coil module can be detected, so that alignment adjustment can be carried out conveniently when the alignment condition is poor, and thus the wireless charging efficiency is improved.
