The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses a lifting and hoisting device for bridge components and a construction method thereof. The lifting and hoisting device comprises two groups of brackets, and the brackets comprise two groups of main brackets, four diagonal bracings and two groups of connecting systems; the brackets and a steel beam main structure areconnected; and a crown block beam and a crown block are installed on the brackets. The construction method of the lifting and hoisting device for the bridge components comprises the steps that a baseof the main brackets are connected with a steel beam; one ends of the diagonal bracings are connected with the steel beam, and the other ends of the diagonal bracings are connected with the main brackets; a transverse connecting system is connected between the two main brackets; the crown block beam is connected with the main brackets; and the crown block is installed on the crown block beam. According to the lifting and hoisting device, the main brackets are extended outside the steel beam, the lifting function of the crown block is utilized, and the purpose of lifting and hoisting of the steel beam components under the special regional environment is achieved.

    本发明涉及桥梁建设技术领域,公开了一种桥梁构件起重吊装装置及其施工方法。该设备包括两组支架,支架包括两组主支架、四根斜撑和两组连接系;支架与钢梁主结构之间相连;支架上方安装天车梁和天车。该桥梁构件起重吊装装置的施工方法包括:将主支架底座与钢梁进行连接;将斜撑一端与钢梁连接,将斜撑另一端与主支架连接;将横向连接系与两主支架之间连接;将天车梁于主支架连接;将天车安装于天车梁之上。本发明通过采用主支架延伸于钢梁之外,利用天车的起落功能,达到特殊地域环境下钢梁构件起落吊装目的。
