The invention discloses a design method of a reaction flywheel, which is capable of reducing vibration and reducing the overall weight of the reaction flywheel. Manufacturing is relatively simple. Thereaction flywheel comprises a base (1), a supporting frame (2), a motor (3), a rotor (4) and a control assembly (6). A control assembly (6) used for controlling a rotating speed of the motor is located in the base (1). The support frame (2) is arranged above the base, is made of an elastic material and structurally adopts a top hollow structure; and the motor (3) is fixedly installed on the supporting frame and spaced from the base, the rotor (4) is fixedly installed on a motor shaft of the motor, and the motor drives the rotor to rotate.
