The invention discloses a winding switching device and method applied to a high-frequency transformer of a charging module. The device comprises a high-frequency transformer, a contactless switch, a relay and a controller, the secondary side of the high-frequency transformer is a duplex winding and is provided with three tap outputs, output circuits corresponding to two taps are provided with thecontactless switch and the relay, and the controller controls an inverter circuit, the contactless switch and the relay through a driving circuit. When the output voltage of the converter rises or falls to a preset value, the controller controls the inverter circuit according to the switching requirement, and switches on or switches off the corresponding contactless switches and relays to completewinding switching. According to the invention, the controller controls the on-off of the corresponding relay and the contactless switch according to the requirements of the switching winding to realize seamless switching of the output voltage, thereby realizing continuous and high-efficiency voltage output of the power converter.

    本发明公开了一种应用于充电模块高频变压器的绕组切换装置及方法,其装置包括高频变压器、无触点开关、继电器以及控制器,其中高频变压器副边为双绕组且具备3个抽头输出,其中两个抽头对应的输出电路有无触点开关与继电器,控制器通过驱动电路控制逆变电路、无触点开关与继电器;当变换器输出电压上升或下降到预设值后,控制器根据切换要求控制逆变电路,并开通或关断相应的无触点开关与继电器完成绕组切换。本发明的控制器根据切换绕组的需求,控制相应的继电器和无触点开关通断实现输出电压的无缝切换,从而实现功率变换器电压输出的连续与高效率。
